WHAT DOES YOUR TYPICAL DAY LOOK LIKE?

I normally wake up early to go teach a class or two at 5.30am. After my class I’ll have my favourite – porridge with lean protein powder mixed through, plus some berries and seeds. This meal always sustains me for my big days!

After breakfast I train clients at Physiologic Robina, where I work as a Personal Trainer. 

I’m usually free for a few hours through the middle of the day, so use this time to catch up with my online coaching clients. I always teach a class or two again in the afternoon.

In the evening I’ll have heaps of vegetables and protein for dinner and always do some stretching and yoga for recovery!

WHAT ARE YOUR CAN’T LIVE WITHOUT PRODUCTS?

L’Oréal morning after dust Dry shampoo is my best friend! 

I train A LOT (15 classes per week) so my hair is forever in need of washing and freshening up.  

I also love the L’Oréal SerieExpert Lumino Contrast shampoo and conditioner.

I use the DD Balm Nutrifier for dry ends since my blonde hair tends to get a bit dry.

Tashi Salon!! I am honestly not that great at looking after my hair, so I owe everything to my regular visits to Kristy who makes my hair feel fresh and look beautiful!

HOW DO YOU STAY FIT WHILST TRAVELING!

It’s not as hard as it seems to stay fit whilst traveling… Even if you don’t have access to a gym there is always SOMETHING you can do.

I have created hotel room workout programs for the whole body using luggage, office chairs and ottomans for training. You can often run, swim or do a HIIT workout too.

As for food, I try to make healthy choices where possible, packed with greens and protein.

HOW DO YOU MAINTAIN YOUR HEALTHY GLOW?!

I am a big believer in exercise!! Living a healthy lifestyle will make you look beautiful from the inside out, and not the other way around!

Of course a clean diet incorporating lots of greens and natural food is going to be key as well as staying hydrated.

I also believe that confidence will give you a special glow. For me, knowing that I have fresh and beautiful hair gives me that extra boost from feeling good about yourself!
